We offer standard and advanced laboratory testing to help diagnose and evaluate your health concerns. 

Typical lab work just looks at the basics, but there is a lot more than your body can tell you. That’s why you need tests that go deeper.

You are Unique and Your Food, Fitness, Supplements and Lifestyle Habits should be too! These Labs should be taken every year (or every 3-6 months if you have a diagnosis).

Once you have purchased the Labs, you will fill out this form so we can email you the PDF which will allow you to schedule your bloodwork.

Once the Doctor has received the results and writes up your Report of Findings and plan, you will be emailed the documents and your curated subscription box will be sent out, upon your approval.
